Awards for Indian Influencers: Rules and Regulations


  • Participants must be residents of Udaipur city, Rajasthan, India.
  • All participants must be aged 18 or above.
  • Participants should have an active and legitimate social media presence on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, or others.

Content Guidelines

  • Entries must be original and created by the participant.
  • Content should align with the chosen category and adhere to the specified themes.
  • Content length should not exceed 60 seconds.
  • Content should be free of explicit language, violence, and offensive material.
  • Content should not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright and intellectual property rights.

Entry Submission

  • Participants are allowed to submit only one entry.
  • Entry submission period is from August 30th to September 6th.
  • Participants must provide accurate personal information and contact details for communication purposes.

Viewership Phase

  • Entries will be shared on official Awards platforms for viewership assessment.
  • The viewership phase is from September 10th to September 25th.
  • The number of views, likes, and engagement on the submitted video will be considered for evaluation.

Nomination Process

  • Participants must self-nominate by creating and submitting a video entry.
  • Entry submissions should be made through the official participation form.

Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected based on the viewership and engagement of their submitted videos.
  • The decision of the organizers is final and binding.
  • Winners will be notified via email or social media.

Award Ceremony

  • The award ceremony is scheduled for September 30th.
  • Winners will be invited to attend the ceremony in person.
  • The ceremony will be attended by Chief Ministers of Rajasthan and other dignitaries.

Consent and Rights

  • By submitting an entry, participants grant permission for their video to be used on official Awards platforms.
  • Participants retain the rights to their original content.


  • Entries found to violate the rules or contain inappropriate content will be disqualified.
  • Any fraudulent or unethical behavior may lead to disqualification.


  • The organizers reserve the right to modify the rules or cancel the event if necessary.
  • The organizers are not responsible for technical issues, delays, or errors in entry submissions.


  • Participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Awards for Indian Influencers.
